Paros, Cyclades

Custom Home Renovation
Danilatos Development specializes in comprehensive renovations, exemplified by this particular residence situated in Kifisia. Retaining the timeless charm of its beautiful classical exterior architecture, this project also preserved certain elements within the interior spaces.
Τhe basement, once solely designated for parking and storage purposes, underwent a remarkable transformation into a welcoming area. Through thoughtful design, it now offers pleasant living spaces with expansive windows providing views of the pool area, thereby infusing the subterranean level with natural light and a connection to the outdoors. This revitalization embodies the seamless fusion of traditional elegance with modern functionality, creating a harmonious environment for luxurious living.
Porto Heli Resort
This particular resort is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of Porto Cheli. It is designed to fit harmoniously into the landscape and, following the general philosophy of the owners, makes extensive use of environmentally friendly materials. We undertook the renovation of the rooms and communal areas of the resort. Each room and suite is unique in terms of design and aesthetics and therefore required different treatment in the construction.
Residence in Psychiko
Α highly aristocratic residence in the heart of Psychiko, whose original construction dates back many years but has recently been renovated by our company. The renovation was executed with utmost respect to the original architecture, in a manner that highlights its distinct features, rendering it both unique and aristocratic, yet timeless. To accommodate a modern family, the spaces across all three floors were reorganized, and additions such as a gymnasium, playroom, space for an ice bath, and a unique wine cellar beneath the staircase were incorporated into the basement.
Project Management and Client Representation
The Athens North Company Headquarters project a comprehensive undertaking that involved the development of a-of-the-art building spanning 27,000 m2. The project was managed by our company who oversaw the entire process from start to finish, acting as the client representative. The building comprises five floors and offers flexible office infrastructure for over 1,000 employees. The project budget amounted to 30,700,000€ and included the construction of offices, studios, a restaurant, and an underground parking lot with a capacity for 240 parking spots.

Spanos S.A. Headquarters
In a total surface of 10.200 m2 and with a budget amounting to 8.900.000€, the building of offices is developed in ten (10) floors and offers: offices, car exhibition, aftersales services, meeting rooms, VIP lounge and car park and has a capacity for more than 70 parking lots.
This building will achieve a LEED certification.

Residence in Filothei
Situated on the hill of Filothei, with a breathtaking panoramic view of Athens, this project involved the complete reconstruction of a three-story residence. The goal was to modernize the building while preserving its architectural integrity and seamlessly integrating it into its natural surroundings.
Special attention was given to the interior layout to maximize natural light and create open, inviting living spaces. High-quality materials and contemporary finishes were carefully selected to elevate both aesthetics and comfort.
The final result is a modern, elegant home that harmonizes with its unique location, offering unobstructed views of the city while providing a high standard of living.
